A $20 deposit is required per pet to hold each pet’s surgery appointment. Deposits are not refundable for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. After your pet’s surgery, deposits are applied to the balance of your invoice. Any remaining amount is refunded to the credit or debit card on file at close of business the day of your pet’s surgery.
Depending on your bank, most refunds will go back into your account within 3 business days but may take up to a week.
