This program covers surgery, rabies and parvo/Distemper vaccines and pain medication for dogs. Pet owner must live in one of the ZIP codes below. This is verified by your billing address when you make your appointment. A $40 deposit is required per pet when making your appointment. Any remaining balance is refunded after your appointment or applied to any other services ordered.
