Spay Neuter Network (SNN) is a nonprofit organization committed to building a team of people who are passionate about helping pets and their families. Founded in 2004, SNN’s mission is to eliminate pet overpopulation through spay/neuter while empowering communities to care responsibly for their dogs and cats.

Our mission includes operating a regional spay/neuter clinic in Crandall, Texas, and two clinics in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, where many of our services are free (thanks to grant support). We also operate a mobile program that brings pet care into neighborhoods in need and a fleet of transport vehicles covering 15-counties and 35 North Texas cities to pick up and transport dogs and cats to and from our clinics for their spay/neuter surgeries and other essential wellness services. We’re willing to go to the ends of the earth to help animals. So far, that also has included traveling to Saipan, the largest of the Northern Mariana Islands in the Western Pacific, and Puerto Rico to spay-neuter dogs and cats belonging to lower-income pet owners. Currently, we serve about 45,000 pets annually in North Texas, but our focus for this next decade is to bring access to care to every dog and cat and their families throughout the state.

We need passionate people on our team! If you love animals and want to work where you can make a difference, please apply with us now.
