Happy Tails: Kody’s Journey to a Forever Home
When Ms. Trinidad rescued Kody off the streets of San Antonio, the puppy was very skinny and suffering from malnutrition. Ms. Trinidad took him home and started nursing him back to health. Despite being abandoned, “Kody still had so much love for humans,” she said.
With Kody putting on some weight and doing better, Ms. Trinidad reached out to Spay Neuter Network in San Antonio to get him neutered, rabies vaccinated, and microchipped. Ms. Trinidad had previously had another pet, Roman, neutered at our clinic and loved that we offered a transport program where she could drop off Kody at a designated location closer to her home, which allowed her to get to work on time.
“I work in Kerrville and the transport drop-off location near my home made it easier for me to get Kody to his appointment and for me still to get to work on time,” she said. “Plus, your prices can’t be beat.”
