  • Community Support

    Community support activities are perfect for volunteers who thrive in social settings and are passionate about engaging with the public and spreading awareness about the importance of spaying and neutering pets. Volunteer opportunities will span vaccine clinics, community outreach, tabling events and fundraising events.

  • Pet Support

    Pet support volunteers directly impact the health and well-being of the animals in our care. Volunteer duties include assisting staff during and after the check-in process with basic tasks such as, weighing animals and attaching bands, cleaning surgical instruments, preparing supplies and monitoring pets after surgery.

     

  • Veterinary Externships

    Gain experience in the veterinary field by participating in an externship at Spay Neuter Network! This opportunity is perfect for those eager to learn about spay and neuter surgeries and animal wellness. As an extern, you will work closely with an experienced veterinarian, gaining practical knowledge and skills. You will observe and assist in surgeries, participate in animal care, and get an inside look at the daily operations of a spay/neuter clinic. This immersive experience is designed to enhance your veterinary education and prepare you for a successful career in animal health.

  • Client Support

    Volunteers that support clients are the welcoming face during the check-in process. Volunteer activities include ensuring all paperwork is completed, answering phone calls, maintaining the front lobby, and other administrative tasks. These roles are ideal for those who excel in customer service, enjoy engaging with the public and are eager to contribute to a well-organized and efficient clinic environment.

     

     

     

     

  • Community Service for School & Court Programs

    SNN offers opportunities for individuals to volunteer and fulfil court-appointed, probation service hours or hours required for any other reason. (school or service organizations) Come for the hours, stay a volunteer for the fun!
